Our spiritual relevance has always been presented in the things we see around us. Life is energy, compassion comes from within. Anxiety is your souls way of telling you, to pay attention to where you are in the moment. Reflect on people, places and things. Shouting out to the ancestors for standing the pain of the past. It's the only way we would have ever stood present to our time. In this time, many of us fail to give credit to what has been due to all that was before you and all that will be after you leave here. LOVE thyself...

Your truth may not be understood by many. But, keep sparking the truth so that you may resolve your issues with your own existence. You are what you think you are. Growth is a part of being wrong. When you believe hateful things of the world, you are in fact breeding that very hateful thing into your own life as true. Don't give them your energy until it's up close and personal. Boundaries are always there, if you follow them. You don't get what you will not accept as yours...
